A stunning pair of antique Suffragette drop earrings from the Edwardian era adorned with a 0.60ct Amethyst, a 2.30ct Peridot flanked by Pearls with a larger natural Pearl dropper hanging below.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which carried the message: Green for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes!
The fancy galleries are modelled in 18ct Yellow Gold and fitted with shepherd hook wires. They are a fabulous pair and look beautiful dangling from each ear.
